About Zenskar
Zenskar is an AI-native revenue automation platform built to handle real-world complexity.
It sits between your CRM and ERP automating everything in between: billing, revenue recognition, collections, usage metering, and analytics. Across any pricing model, any entity structure, any currency.
Our vision: Zero-Touch Finance. Agents execute. Humans supervise. Finance teams set the rules. Zenskar runs them.
Founded by
Apurv Bansal and
Saurabh Agarwal, second-time founders whose previous startups were acquired by Snapdeal and Gaana. The team brings experience from Google, Deutsche Bank, Elevation Capital, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and Harvard Business School.
Funding
We raised $15M in Series A funding in April 2026, led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Shine Capital, and Rho, with participation from Rocketship, J-Ventures, Future Back Ventures by Bain & Company, and Converge.
The funding is being used to expand our Agents Marketplace and scale operations, not headcount.

The Problem We're Solving
Finance teams aren't struggling because they lack AI tools. They're struggling because the systems underneath those tools were built for a simpler world. These systems label real-world complexity as edge cases and force teams into costly, error-prone workarounds: revenue leakage, delayed collections, audit risk, and finance teams buried in grunt work.
Bolting AI onto these broken foundations is as good as a Ferrari engine on a horse-drawn carriage. Zenskar is purpose-built from the ground up: the architecture handles complexity natively, so AI actually works.
It combines foundational flexibility + deterministic calculation + purpose-built AI agents to deliver end-to-end automation across the order-to-cash cycle - without workarounds, without engineering tickets.
The B2B billing and revenue automation market is $2B today, projected to reach $10B by 2030.

Product Marketing @ Zenskar
We sell to CFOs/Controllers/Accountants and other finance operators who have seen every pitch and don't have time for noise. The buying decision hinges on whether they immediately understand the pain we solve, trust that we solve it better than anyone else, and feel confident enough to bring us into their stack.
That's marketing's job. Not just to communicate the product — but to make the buying decision feel obvious, and to build the engine that brings the right buyers to that decision in the first place.
We've built a strong foundation: a differentiated product, early US traction, and a sales motion that's working. What we're investing in now is the layer that makes all of it compound — sharper positioning, stronger pipeline channels, better-enabled sellers, and a brand that earns credibility before the first call.
If you've ever wanted to own that layer at a company that's moving fast and actually listening, this is it.
We have an extremely high bar for the individuals we hire, as you will realize when you meet the rest of the team.
About this role
We're looking for a senior product marketing leader who can own the entire product marketing and sales enablement charter - not just execute mandates but come up with brand narratives that make us stand out in the market
This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook. It's a role for someone who writes one, backed by strong, evidence-based points of view, not just agreeableness, and the judgment to update fast when new data says you're wrong.
You'll be the senior marketing hire in a US-centric motion, reporting directly to the founders to shape how Zenskar goes to market — across positioning, sales enablment, brand, and content.
Why this role exists now
Zenskar has found product–market fit and built a repeatable sales motion. Our GTM is already working — a 20-member demand engine and revenue that has doubled in the last 6 months. More than 70% of our customer base is in the US, and we're on track to 4x growth this year.
We've built the foundation. Now we need someone to own how the world finds, understands, and buys Zenskar — and to build the team and channels that make that repeatable.
That means sharpening positioning as we move upmarket, building out the marketing function (team, agencies, and vendors) into a true competitive advantage, and supporting the sales motion end to end. You'll inherit a team, real traction, and a product that solves a genuine pain. What's missing is the senior voice that ties it all together — and the operator who can scale the function itself.
We're backed by Susquehanna and Bessemer Venture Partners, with Jeff Epstein (ex-CFO of Oracle, Board Chair at Twilio) as an advisor — one of the most respected names in finance and enterprise software. If you want to build the marketing engine behind the next great AI-native SaaS company, this is your moment.
Your responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and grow the team — currently 2 PMMs, 2 designers, and 1 marketing ops, with room to add more as the function scales. Identify where to build in-house vs. bring in agencies or contractors, and manage those external relationships directly. Track record of hiring well and building team culture, not just headcount.
- Positioning, Messaging & Brand Identity - Own the overall Zenskar brand, identity, and market positioning. Deeply understand our finance buyers through research to craft compelling messaging that differentiates Zenskar, elevates our brand presence, and makes the buying decision effortless.
- Sales enablement - Own the full enablement loop — win/loss analysis, competitive collateral, and hands-on training for AE and BD teams on positioning, features, differentiation, and pitch.
- SEO & AEO - Own organic and AI search end to end as a core pipeline channel. This includes content strategy, keyword and backlink strategy, visibility across AI answer engines, and managing the team or agencies that support it. Measure success by inbound pipeline, not just traffic.
- Brand & collateral - Own the full collateral surface — website, one-pagers, demo decks, videos, case studies, battle cards, and blogs. Drive CRO by identifying gaps across the funnel and running experiments. Lead organic review campaigns on G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Network.
- Thought leadership & founder brand - Own Zenskar's point of view in the market. Build a thought leadership engine across founder-led content, long-form writing, and speaking opportunities, so that finance leaders associate Zenskar with where order-to-cash is headed.
- Grow founder branding as a distribution channel and create social buzz that puts Zenskar on the map with the right audience.
- GTM & launches - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches — messaging, content, and cross-functional coordination — optimizing for win rates, revenue impact, and organic lead generation.
- Analyst relations - Build this function from scratch. Identify the right analyst firms to engage, negotiate to get the best deals, establish best practices for ongoing relationships, and drive ROI from analyst conversations across GTM, product, and sales contexts.
Key Qualifications
Must-have
- Minimum 10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record owning positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that measurably moved pipeline
- Built or scaled at least one channel — events/brand, SEO/organic, social/founder brand, or analyst relations
- Hired and managed a team, including a mix of in-house hires and external agencies/contractors
- Experience marketing to US buyers
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and representing Zenskar externally — events, webinars, analyst calls
- Hands-on experience building SEO/AEO as a pipeline channel
- A track record of building thought leadership that earned credibility with a senior buyer audience
- Ownership by default. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
- A distinct creative point of view in positioning and brand work, not just execution against a brief
Good To Have
- Early-stage (1→10) experience — you've scaled something that already had traction, including building a team from a small base
- Experience marketing to CFO, Controller, or finance personas
- Familiarity with billing, CPQ, revenue recognition, or adjacent fintech infrastructure
