Partnerships @ Zenskar
Partnerships aren't a side motion at Zenskar — they're a core GTM pillar.
The CFOs and controllers we sell to trust their advisors. Accounting firms, fractional CFO networks, finance transformation consultants and VC/PE Operating Advisors sit in the room when our buyers make decisions. We're building a partner ecosystem that puts Zenskar in that room too.
We have an extremely high bar for the individuals we hire, as you will realize when you meet the rest of the team.
About This Role
Zenskar has product market fit and a repeatable sales motion. More than 80% of our customer base is US based, revenue has doubled in the last six months, and we're on track for 4x growth this year.
Now as we scale in the 1 to 10 journey, we building one of the most critical go-to-market functions in the company: the partner ecosystem. Accounting and advisory firms, consulting and finance transformation firms, fractional CFO networks, and ERP/implementation partners all sit in the room when our buyers make decisions. This role puts Zenskar in that room, at scale.
This role carries a dual mandate.
- It is strategic: you will decide which partner types actually move revenue, sequence where we invest next, and build a channel model that compounds rather than a list of logos.
- It is also hands-on: you will own the end-to-end partner cycle yourself, from sourcing and qualification through signing, activation, and joint pipeline generation, and you will be the one figuring out what the right playbook looks like for each category of partner we pursue.
We've already signed a dozen partners and have two dozen more in active pipeline, so this is a foundation to build on, not a blank slate. Your job is to take that foundation, prove out a repeatable model, and turn it into Zenskar's long-term GTM moat.
In addition to backing from Bessemer & Susquehanna, we have solid advisors like
Jeff Epstein (ex-CFO of Oracle, Chair of the board — Twilio) and
Ken Sims (ex-CBO at FloQast). If you want to be part of building the next great AI-SaaS GTM engine, this is your chance.
Where we're focusing first
Zenskar works with six categories of partner. Rather than spreading thin across all six from day one, this role is scoped to prove the model in three high-leverage categories first, then expand into the rest as they mature.
Focus categories, owned end to end from day one:
- US VC / PE firms - sit closest to our buyers pre- and post-investment, with high trust and high referral quality
- Fractional CFO networks - directly influence tooling decisions at the exact company stage we sell into
- Hyperscalers / Marketplaces (AWS, Google, HubSpot, NetSuite) - scalable distribution and a co-sell motion once the playbook is proven
Categories we'll expand into as the above categories mature and prove revenue impact:
- Consulting/Advisory partners
- ERP/CRM Implementation partners
- Integration / ISV partners
What You'll Do
- Set the strategy: Define ideal partner personas within VC/PE, fractional CFO, and hyperscaler ecosystems, aligned to Zenskar's ICP. Map where each fits across the buyer journey and build the sequencing model for when to bring in the remaining three partner categories.
- Source and sign partners: Own outreach, discovery, qualification, and onboarding end to end, from first contact through launch. Build a repeatable acquisition motion, not one-off relationships.
- Drive revenue through the channel: Develop joint go-to-market plays with signed partners. Own and hit quarterly partner-sourced pipeline targets. This is a revenue-owning role, not a relationship-management role.
- Show up in person: Partnerships in this space get built face to face, not over email. Expect trips to US for partner meetings, lunch-and-learns, executive sessions, and industry events.
- Scale the function: As the focus categories mature, help recruit, mentor, and lead a small partnerships team, while staying close to partners, customers, and revenue.

Why Join Zenskar
- Massive growth trajectory — 5x revenue growth in the past year, on track to 4x again. The demand is real.
- You're building the channel, not inheriting it — A dozen signed partners, two dozen in pipeline, and full ownership of where this goes from here.
- Sell something that actually matters — We're a painkiller, not a vitamin. Finance teams are drowning in manual work. Zenskar fixes that. Partners know it, and their clients feel it.
- No bureaucracy — Early-stage speed, direct founder access, and the ability to shape the playbook rather than follow one.
- Career acceleration — A clear path to partnerships leadership as we scale the channel across North America.
If you’re looking for a fully-baked playbook and a steady-state role, Zenskar isn’t the place. But if you’re fired up by building and scaling a motion, breaking into enterprise accounts, and leaving your mark as the first US partnership hire — let’s talk.
Good To Have
- Previous experience at an early-stage startup, or familiarity with ERP, billing, CPQ, or accounting systems, is a plus
- Direct exposure to VC/PE, fractional CFO networks, or hyperscaler/marketplace ecosystems, whether as an operator inside one of these firms or as a partnerships/BD counterpart managing relationships with them
- Working understanding of investment models and portfolio structures, and how software drives value creation inside PE/VC-backed and CFO-advised companies
