About This Role

We're selling into the US market. Deals are complex, the pipeline moves fast, and the GTM engine needs to run clean.

As our RevOps Intern, you'll be the connective tissue across sales, marketing, and CS. You'll own the CRM, build dashboards leadership actually uses, and wire up the automations that eliminate repetitive ops work. You'll work directly with AEs, BDRs, and founders from day one.

If data is dirty, that's on you to fix. Proactively, not reactively.


What You'll Own

Market Signal Intelligence

Map and enrich signals (intent data, job changes, funding rounds, product triggers) to target accounts so reps can act on them immediately. You'll be the reason the right rep knows about the right account at the right time.


HubSpot Administration & Pipeline Hygiene

Own the CRM. Set up and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and deal structures. Keep it clean without being asked.


Dashboards & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, activity metrics, and forecast. Translate data into views leadership can actually act on.


Access & Tool Management

Manage tool access across the GTM stack for new hires and offboarding. Keep the stack lean, cost-efficient, and audit-ready.


Sales Enablement Operations

Keep sequences, templates, and collateral in sync with what the sales team actually needs. Tooling should work. Your job is to make sure it does.


AI & Automation

Build lightweight automations using Claude and other tools to eliminate repetitive ops work. This is early-stage. You'll be laying the groundwork for a centralized intelligence layer across the company.


Key Qualifications

  • Extremely organized. You track everything, follow up without being asked, and close open loops instinctively
  • Comfortable with large datasets; Excel/Sheets proficiency is a baseline
  • Some hands-on exposure to HubSpot or any CRM (hands-on beats certified)
  • Curious about how GTM systems work: pipelines, lead routing, attribution
  • Basic scripting or automation experience is a strong plus (Python, Zapier, Make, or similar)
  • Fluent with AI tools and willing to build with them from scratch
  • Available for US-overlap hours when needed


Bonus points

  • Worked with Clay, Apollo, or intent data tools
  • Built an internal bot or automation previously
  • Used Claude or similar LLMs for ops or workflow use cases


Compensation

Fixed: ₹15,000–20,000/month

Bengaluru · Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
